The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is the strategic anchor and technical translator responsible for designing, scaling, and driving the roadmap of the core platform capabilities that power our entire MVH product portfolio. Acting as the critical bridge between the business, the product teams, and technical execution teams, the TPM translates complex system dependencies into reusable, secure, and highly efficient shared infrastructure (such as APIs, cloud integrations, and common workflows).
By championing platform adoption across the MVH organization, the TPM eliminates redundant efforts, reduces technical debt, and unlocks indirect business value—ensuring our customer-facing applications can scale rapidly, securely, and seamlessly.

- Platform Strategy & Road mapping:
Establish product roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management that satisfy requirements across the product portfolio. Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders to build common, reusable capabilities. - Adoption & Change Management:
Champion the platform to drive internal adoption and evangelism across the organization. Ensure high-quality documentation, clean APIs, onboarding resources, and a superior customer and developer experience. - Project Management & Execution:
Guide engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver work within established agile methodologies. Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. - Technical &
Risk Management:
Ensure the platform complies with security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Make strategic "build, buy, or partner" decisions for platform solutions. - Performance & Metrics:
Define, track, and communicate relevant platform KPIs and usage metrics to monitor overall system health and business value. - Other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
$ 99,330.00 - $ Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
