We are seeking a Director, Member Success Partner who will build trusted relationships with member agency leaders, driving engagement, platform utilization, and business growth while ensuring members fully realize the value of the Renaissance partnership. Responsibili
- ties
Serves as the strategic relationship owner for member agencies, cultivating trusted partnerships with agency principals and leadership teams to deepen engagement, accelerate platform adoption, and maximize the value of the Renaissance partner - ship.
Leads high-impact interactions with member agencies, including Partnership Reviews, annual business planning, and agency-carrier strategy sessions, aligning growth opportunities, performance objectives, and mutual accountabili - ties.
Acts as the primary advocate and coordinator for member agencies, partnering across Renaissance teams to proactively resolve issues, remove barriers, and deliver an exceptional member experience that drives retention, growth, and satisfac - tion.
Serves as host at Renaissance events, encouraging member attendance and particip - ation
Attends professional association, carrier, and industry educational and networking meetings as approp
Qualific
- ations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience and tr - aining.
Minimum five years of agency focused property and casualty insurance industry experience with an insurance company and/or insurance agency preferred with an advanced understanding of P&C product lines, market and industry trends, and federal/state regulations to design and execute growth initiatives and optimize agency se - rvices.
