Intellectual Property Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing strategies to protect and manage intellectual property assets Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including overseeing filings and enforcement activities Provide legal counsel for strategic transactions and advise on technology agreements and compliance

Required Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing of at least one state bar, preferably registered with the USPTO Minimum of 3 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney Extensive knowledge of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law, particularly in software and technology Experience advising software companies and familiarity with software development and licensing practices
