Compensation Pay Range
$17.13 - $23.50 per hour.
Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses, and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Role OverviewCoordinate and oversee city route schedules, functions, and delivery specialists of the "hub" store to "spoke" stores. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions- Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
- Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by the scheduled time.
- Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to city delivery specialist pickup.
- Maintain an organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
- Ensure hub delivery specialists run on schedule and communicate any delays to remaining stores.
- Monitor hub system and routes for ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and/or reduce expenses. Communicate recommendations to store manager.
- Ensure all team members assigned to hub are clocking in and out according to company policy.
- Research any parts not delivered on schedule and make necessary billing adjustments.
- Work with store manager to ensure route coverage in the absence of regular city delivery specialist.
- Work with store manager and delivery specialist to ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections are completed accurately. Log daily mileage into asset management for all vehicles.
- Provide input to store manager regarding delivery specialists’ performance in preparation for evaluations.
Required:
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.

- Familiar with automotive parts.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
