Rebar Detailer

• Produce rebar shop drawings to facilitate field placement.
• Coordinate material orders with the customer and generate bar lists for warehouse fabrication.
• Apply bid dollars to sales orders, manage change orders and billing schedules with administrative personnel.

• Interpret contract drawings to produce shop drawings.
• Enter orders timely and accurately to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of material with customer to meet construction projects.
• Assure that standard operating procedures are used regarding project management and project files.
• Initiate phone calls to customers and field contacts regarding assigned projects.

• High school diploma or GED required (strong math & analytical skills).
• Knowledge of CAD and exposure to all phases of processes.
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external customers.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• College degree and previous detailing experience preferred.

• $21.00 - $35.50 hourly DOE
