Must‑haves:

• Excellent resident/customer experience skills
• Positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn
• Efficiency
• Sense of humor
• On‑call availability
• Weekend availability (Tuesday - Saturday schedule)
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of basic home maintenance

Great‑to‑haves:

• Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $19 - $25 / hour plus quarterly bonuses and a $1,500 hiring bonus.
