Janitorial and Gym-Keeping Job Description -

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma and/or GED
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Work full or part time, including swing shifts
• Good communication skills with customers and employers, both written and orally
• Basic mathematics

Expectations and

Qualifications:

Basic Cleaning Skills Needed:

• Buffing, dealing with a variety of different flooring types.
• Vacuuming.
• Chemical Use.
• Cleaning.
• Dusting and High Dusting.
• Mopping.
• Polishing Furniture.
• Recognition of Safety and Health standards.
• Sanitation and familiarity with how to use cleaning stations.

Areas of the club the Janitorial Crew are responsible for the maintenance of (but are not limited to):

• Lockeroom cleanliness and sanitation - showers, toilets, vanity, floors, walls and partitions.
• Floors, railings, stairs, walls - overall cleanliness
• GX classroom
• Functional training area
• Lobby
• Some office areas
• Some high dusting

We are seeking competitive and high achieving team members that truly care about the quality of their work and care about our members. Pay will be based on quality of work and competitive nature/achievement striving.

Hours will vary from overnight to day shifts. Must be flexible.

Reports to the Area Maintenance Supervisor or Director of Operations.

We are seeking a minimum of nine individuals to service our four clubs.

Compensation: $13.50
