About the Role

Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver is seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for driving projects forward-coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

This position is ideal for a construction professional who takes pride in ownership, values clear communication, and performs well in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage restoration construction projects from initial scope through final completion

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines

* Review estimates and collaborate with estimators on supplements and change orders

* Monitor budgets and maintain expected gross margins

* Communicate proactively with clients, setting clear expectations throughout the project

* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies

* Maintain professional jobsite conditions, including quality, safety, and cleanliness

* Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

* Oversee punch list completion and project closeout documentation

Qualifications

* 5+ years of construction project management experience

* Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and permitting processes

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

* Client-focused mindset with sound judgment under pressure

* Contract negotiation skills

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
