The Project Manager – Landscape Installation is a key leadership role responsible for managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining high standards in quality, profitability, team performance, and client satisfaction. This hybrid role combines office coordination and onsite leadership while leading premium outdoor living projects with one of the Pacific Northwest’s fastest-growing landscape companies.
Earn $125K–$135K with performance bonuses while working closely with crews, clients, vendors, and leadership to keep projects running efficiently.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on landscape installation experience
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in landscape construction or related field operations
- Proven ability to manage installation projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, irrigation, hardscape, and job site logistics
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and suppliers
- Ability to manage budgets, labor tracking, job costing, and change orders
- Strong computer and CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both onsite and in-office regularly
- Culture‑driven mindset focused on accountability, professionalism, and team development
- Manage landscape installation projects from kickoff through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Review project plans, estimates, contracts, schedules, and material requirements prior to project start
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and material procurement
- Conduct onsite client meetings, project walkthroughs, and daily field oversight
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding schedules, progress updates, and project changes
- Track labor, receipts, invoices, job costs, profitability, and project documentation
- Manage and price change orders as needed
- Ensure crews maintain company quality standards, safety expectations, and efficient production
- Maintain daily logs, progress photos, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
- Coordinate final walkthroughs, warranty items, and project completion processes
- Support team accountability, crew development, and overall company culture
