Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. Under a major National Security contract, IAP operates and maintains a facility in the National Capital region. Program responsibilities and services include comprehensive facility operations; project management for minor construction and major equipment repairs; engineering and operations support;
custodial services; and environmental, safety, and occupational health support.
- Overall program management of the 20-person team.
- Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
- Ensure staff is qualified and maintain recruitment, onboarding and retention of cleared personnel.
- Coordinate work priorities, methods, procedures, and programs.
- Oversee accuracy of management and contract reports before submission.
- Maintain close and responsive relationship with on-site Project Manager, Team Leads, and staff.
- Provide administrative support for project documentation, deliverables, editing, public works and work management support for service order dispatching, and coordinate reporting and work order activity.
- Work with company leadership to identify new business opportunities within the National Security customer.
- Provide expertise in responses to market surveys, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
- Assist in achieving the company’s growth goals in the National Security market.
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (preferred).
- Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
- Five years of program management experience.
- Ten years of experience supporting facility management services.
- Successful track record of leading and managing programs of similar scope.
- PMP certification.
- Hazmat training.
- CBRN training.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- OSHA compliance training.
- Fire Brigade incipient level training.
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI).
- Yankee White (YW) granted or willingness to upgrade to TS/SCI YW clearance.
