Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the full systems development life cycle management of projects and programs. The incumbent provides direction for both technical and business resources, participates in long‑range strategy planning, and manages policy development to address complex business issues. This position serves as the primary point of contact from project/program inception to delivery.

• Define and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.
• Manage and ensure the quality of deliverables through a methodology‑driven quality plan.
• Oversee the project completion process through customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with business unit managers and form alliances on projects and operational decisions.
• Resolve scheduling requirements/conflicts and clarify vendor contracts.
• Provide leadership to cross‑functional teams and influence senior‑level management and key stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior management staff and senior technical staff.
• Report frequently to a Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross‑functional teams or projects.
• Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management, and related disciplines/processes.
• Proven ability to provide strategic direction and accountability for IT functional/departmental results.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of coaching and mentoring staff.
