We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on ownership. Someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing people, improving processes, and delivering projects the right way.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage schedules and budgets.

What You'll Do

You'll lead projects from award through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead multiple electrical and controls projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Build project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and solutions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Coordinate procurement, staffing, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators through coaching and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency, and customer value.
• Manage project documentation, billing support, change orders, and project closeout.
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes as K4 continues to grow.

Who You Are

You're someone who naturally takes ownership.

You're comfortable making decisions, adapting to changing priorities, and leading multiple projects without losing sight of the details.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience managing electrical construction or industrial controls projects.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Spectrum, or similar project management software.
