What You'll Do:

Project Managers are responsible for the overall planning, execution, financial performance,and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.

Working closely with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently,and profitably while developing future leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all aspectsof project delivery, including safety, quality, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project financial performance through forecasting, cash flow management, cost controls, change management, and payment collections.
  • Lead Project Engineers, Field Supervisors, and craft professionals to successfully execute complex construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects,engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
  • Oversee preconstructionactivities, estimating,planning, project startup, and project closeout.
  • Prepare and review project proposals, conceptual estimates, detailed takeoffs, final pricing, and project execution strategies.
  • Support business development efforts through client engagement, marketing, bidding, and pursuit of newwork opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop

    Project Engineers, Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and otherteam members.
  • Drive a cultureof safety, accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Position Structure:

  • Project Manager I: Leads complex projects with support from experienced field leadership. Responsible for project execution, financial performance, client communication,and developing Project Engineers while supporting business development.
  • Project Manager II: Leads larger or multiple projects,develops Project Engineer sand Field Supervisors, drives project financial performance, and playsa significant rolein client development, business growth, and mentoring future leaders.
  • Senior Project Manager: Provides strategic leadership across major project sand client relationships, develops Project Manager sand operational leaders, and helps drivelong-term business growth while delivering safe, profitable work.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or arelated discipline
  • Equivalent technical or industry experience maybe considered in lieuof a degree
