Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Broadstone Waterfront in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000/annually.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

• 3+ years of community management experience in a luxury multifamily setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage high-touch resident relationships
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the property at a high standard
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to resolve resident concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and maintain consistent operational standards
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Financial acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi, Res Man, or similar property management software preferred
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
