Robotic Assembly Technician 3B

Provides mechanical support during the integration of robotic palletizing systems. Basic understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring (without power), pneumatics, and print comprehension.

• Assemble conveyors and associated system equipment.
• Lay out system equipment per mechanical prints.
• Lay out system electrical devices per electrical prints.
• Build small assemblies and pre-builds.
• Replace and repair mechanical components.
• Wire peripheral equipment into panels.
• Identify motor FLA, set motor starter overloads.
• Accurately red line mechanical and electrical prints.
• Adjust system components.
• Other duties as assigned.

• LEAN Principles

• Safely use overhead crane.
• Ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Safely use hand tools.
• Safely use power tools.
• Proper use of torque wrench.
• Ability to use multi-meter to check voltage and amperage.
• Tap high voltage transformer.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.

SHIFT SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 6:00AM-2:30PM
