Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring the efficient running of production. Responsibilities
Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.Test operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure machinery efficiency, proper job sequencing, and coordinated workflow.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications
2+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.Proficient in using Fanuc CNC and Fanuc software.Comprehensive knowledge of mill and lathe operations.Expertise in machine programming and CNC machine operation.Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.Interested in hearing more?
