Assembly Line Operator – Polaris Industries
Location: Battle Ground, WA (Kelly Services)
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday‑Thursday 4pm‑2:30am
Pay: $18.92/hour + $1.09/hour shift differential
Overview: You will assemble displays built for powersport vehicles and perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of production equipment, robots, and tools.
Responsibilities- Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product on an assembly line.
- Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality.
- Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment.
- Work in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment.
- Train and become competent at assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor.
- Adhere to all Polaris safety policies and foster a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Excellent attendance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, stand, and walk for the duration of the assigned shift.
- Safety‑toed shoes are required in all warehouse and production areas; operators must provide their own safety‑toed shoes at the start of the contract and wear them for the entire length of the contract.
