Assembly Line Operator – Polaris Industries

Location: Battle Ground, WA (Kelly Services)

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday‑Thursday 4pm‑2:30am

Pay: $18.92/hour + $1.09/hour shift differential

Overview: You will assemble displays built for powersport vehicles and perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of production equipment, robots, and tools.

• Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product on an assembly line.
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality.
• Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment.
• Work in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment.
• Train and become competent at assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor.
• Adhere to all Polaris safety policies and foster a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, stand, and walk for the duration of the assigned shift.
• Safety‑toed shoes are required in all warehouse and production areas; operators must provide their own safety‑toed shoes at the start of the contract and wear them for the entire length of the contract.
