Salary Range: $53,560.00 – $77,250.00
SummaryIntegrate and test the designed functionality of a robotic palletizing system. Represent the company during factory acceptance tests and customer demos.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Mechanical Support: Verify proper mechanical operation of all equipment, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Electrical Support: Verify proper electrical operation of all equipment. Work with live power up to 575 volts.
- Programming Support: Verify proper programmable operation of all equipment, including all software involved in PLC and OXPA programming.
- Troubleshoot Support: Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Robot Operations
- Robot Programming
- Customer Relations (Internal and External): Conduct factory acceptance tests, attend turnover meetings, conduct customer demonstrations.
- Customer Demonstrations: Set up, perform, and support the Sales department on customer demonstrations.
- Train, guide and mentor: Train and mentor other full‑time employees and temporary employees.
- Travel: Work‑related travel may be requested to support customers onsite or assist the Customer Support Services department.

High school diploma or GED required. 3–5 years of experience in factory automation, automated machinery, machinery controls, or equivalent.
