Production Machine Operator

Location:

Vancouver, WA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Requires up to 3 months training on 1st Shift (6 AM start) or 2nd Shift (2 PM start)

• Run and maintain machines from start to finish
• Troubleshoot issues and keep downtime low
• Inspect products and parts to keep quality tight
• Perform minor repairs and keep records of your work
• Stay safe, stay steady, and keep the crew moving

• 1+ years of related experience (manufacturing, machine operator, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED
• Hands‑on skills with tools and mechanical gear
• Watchful eye to catch issues before they grow
• Strength to lift, move, and hustle, lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs team lift)
• Safety-minded and steady on the team
• Steel or Composite toe shoes
