- Read a tape measure accurately and consistently — this is the one skill we need you to walk in with
- Perform quality checks to ensure dimensions and finishes meet our exacting standards
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Participate actively in daily team communication and continuous improvement conversations
- Learn, absorb, and ask great questions — come ready to be taught and take that training seriously
- Grow into a skilled milling craftsperson with time, training, and drive
- Ability to read a tape measure — this is the one non‑negotiable technical skill
- A genuine eagerness to learn new processes and take on new challenges
- A team‑first attitude — you show up, you contribute, you communicate
- An open mind for continuous improvement — you’re not just here to do a job, you’re here to help make us better
- Comfort in a fast‑paced, production manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail — you notice when something is off and you speak up
- Reliability and consistency — your team counts on you
