Position
Experienced Laser Operator
LocationVancouver, WA
Pay$22–$25/hr DOE
ScheduleFull-Time Swing Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) Monday–Friday

WhatYou’ll Do
- Operate and maintain laser cutting equipment for structural fabrication projects
- Work with steel and other fabrication materials to produce precision-cut components
- Identify and load proper materials for each production job
- Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and production drawings
- Ensure all finished parts meet exact quality and dimensional standards
- Support production deadlines while maintaining safety and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop environment
- Competitive pay: $22–$25/hr DOE

- Prior experience operating a laser, high-definition plasma table, or burn table
- Understanding of structural steel and fabrication materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven fabrication shop
- Laser, plasma table, or burn table operation experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Dependable attendance
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work swing shift consistently
- Structural steel or metal fabrication experience
- Additional CNC or fabrication background
- Experience with production tracking systems
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
