Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabricator position in Vancouver, WA. • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to fabricate components according to specifications.
• Perform layout, fitting, cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, presses, grinders, and other shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as required to complete fabrication projects.
• Measure, mark, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain product integrity and workmanship standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipment.
• Identify and communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Excellent measuring, layout, and fitting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
