Schedule: Full-time - 1 Day(8:00am-3:30pm)

Who We Are:We are a forward-thinking manufacturing company looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. If you have a strong background in sheet metal work and operating press brake machinery, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten metal materials (1999 Amada HFBO)
- Understand bend deductions, how to find flats, tooling combinations, grow or tighten a radius
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for production
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively to improve production processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Prior experience with press brake machinery
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience with tooling setup and basic maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and component assembly accuracy
- Must be able to commute to Vancouver, WA 98661
- Complete a general Press Brake test
- Reliable and show up to work daily
- Experience with laser cutting, stamping presses, or lathe operations
