Electronics Repair Technician (EOT)

Based in Vancouver, Washington, this role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing a broad portfolio of ASML PAS and XT platform parts, providing customer training and field support.

Role and responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies at the component and board level, focusing on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Perform soldering and rework on through-hole and surface-mount components, following quality and reliability best practices.
  • Interpret and follow work instructions, schematics, bills of materials, and repair documentation accurately.
  • Use diagnostic tools and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to identify faults and verify repairs.
  • Document repair actions, findings, and test results clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure repairs meet functional and quality standards.
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity goals while maintaining consistent workmanship.
  • Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and ESD procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about repair status, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or potential process enhancements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
Education and experience
  • Technical training or education in electronics, electrical repair, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to solder and rework both through-hole and surface-mount components.
  • Hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies or PCBs is highly valued.
  • Practical experience following written work instructions, schematics, or repair procedures.
  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The current base annual salary range for this role is $51,000 - $68,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, and abilities.

Employees receive medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. They can participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. Employees also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
