CNC Machinist

Job Summary

Established Manufacturer is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join their dynamic manufacturing team. This permanent position is focused on setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high‑quality components in a safe and efficient environment.

• Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and other tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to translate instructions into machine commands.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Test machine operation periodically and perform routine maintenance, including repairing minor damages.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and proper job sequencing.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• 2+ years of experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Proficiency with Fanuc CNC and Fanuc software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mill and lathe operations.
• Experience in machine programming and CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Attention to detail and results‑driven approach.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or a related discipline is a plus.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.

• Hourly pay range $26-$40 per hour.
• Monthly bonus up to 20% of salary.
