Soldering Technician

This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with a company committed to investing in its employees and their development.
Key Responsibilities:- Solder electronic components onto circuit boards and panels according to detailed drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet high standards.
- Utilize written instructions and drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including smocks, ESD straps, and gloves.
- 1-2 years of SMT & PTH soldering experience is a must have, preferably with IPC certification.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and written instructions effectively.
- Comfortable using a microscope for assembly tasks.
- Must possess ITAR-compliant documentation (U.S. Passport, U.S. Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate, Military , or Permanent Resident Card).
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce quality work independently.
Schedule:
Monday-Thurs 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
Pay: $24-$30 (depending on experience)
