Operate SMT equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, reflow ovens, automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, and wash machines to produce electronic assemblies;
Set up and tear down SMT machines according to detailed work instructions and setup sheets;
Load feeders with electronic components in accordance with setup documentation and verify that the correct components are used;
Position printed circuit boards on machine fixtures and ensure they are properly aligned for processing;
Monitor machine operation throughout the run and intervene to maintain quality and throughput
