Process Technician

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about ensuring quality in electronics manufacturing? We're seeking a Process Technician to join a leading electronics manufacturer that supports military, aerospace, and industrial clients.

This company is a manufacturer specializing in high-reliability printed circuit board assemblies. They are known for their precision and strong commitment to quality. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you'll be supporting the manufacturing process by troubleshooting production issues and ensuring all equipment is running efficiently.

Process Technician

Job Duties
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic and PCB assemblies
  • Support process control, data collection, and documentation to maintain compliance with AS9100 and J-STD-001 standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance to identify and resolve issues
  • Document and implement process improvements or corrective actions

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy troubleshooting, collaborating across departments, and taking ownership of process improvement and quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 3 pm – 1:30 am

Must be able to train on the day shift, 5 am-3:30 pm

Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

Process Technician Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with functional testing, process documentation, and quality standards (AS9100, J-STD-001, NADCAP)
  • Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, processes, and assembly specifications
