Machine operator - Coil Winder 2nd or 3rd shift in Washington

Pay Rate

US $23.71 to $26.54 per hour, plus $0.75 second shift premium and $1.00 third shift premium.

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

We are looking for an experienced production operator with mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to a serious career opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading and understanding Bills of Materials, instructions and drawings.
• Operating the machine that makes coils for transformers.
• Using a brazing torch to splice wire.
• Meeting quality requirements of the manufacturing procedure.

Basic qualifications:

• Ability to work within WEG Code of Ethics & Values.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance to the facility (relocation assistance not available).
• Current work authorization for employment in United States.
• Must complete talent assessment, job interview, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Safety Sensitive position – drug panel includes THC.

Additional qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years prior manufacturing experience.
• ACT Work Keys Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) Platinum or Gold Level.
