Job Description:

We are seeking dependable individuals for light industrial positions supporting electronics manufacturing operations in Vancouver, WA. We offer on-the-job training for candidates and a clear path to permanent employment.

• Assembly:
  Perform box build and mechanical assembly of small electronic components using hand tools.
• Production Support:
  Support SMT line operations by walking between stations to stock and replenish lines.
• Testing & Processing:
  Assist with burn-in operations, including loading/unloading units and equipment monitoring.
• Quality & Shipping:
  Execute packing, labeling, and final inspection duties to prepare goods for shipment.
• Logistics:
  Maintain a clean workspace while lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.

• Up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

• Hand soldering
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Operate assembly tools and equipment such as soldering stations, wire strippers and crimping tools
• Assemble products according to specifications

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive text. Steel toed shoes required
