Vancouver, WA. Pay: $/hour DOE.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Day Shift.

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter/Finisher to join our production team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of delivering a flawless finished product.

• Prepare, paint, stain, and finish cabinet components to company quality standards.
• Inspect each piece to ensure complete and accurate coverage before it leaves production.
• Read and interpret production drawings and plans.
• Sand, prep, and touch up cabinet surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Identify and correct defects before products are shipped.

• Previous cabinet finishing or cabinet shop experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production plans and drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ideally speak both Russian and English.
• Experience using spray equipment, stains, paints, and finishing products.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Cabinet shop or custom woodworking experience.
• Experience with high-end cabinet finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with production manufacturing environments.
