Production Operator

Now hiring for a Production Operator in Vancouver, WA. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Schedules available include Monday – Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM and Monday – Friday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

6 months of previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience Ability to perform detailed tasks with speed and accuracy Strong attendance and reliability required Positive team-player attitude Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures

Job Duties

Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following production instructions Package finished products into containers, pails, drums, or cartons Label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Complete production records and required documentation Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements Assist with material handling using pallet jacks or forklifts when needed Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
