Job Description
Production Supervisor Lead. Coach. Improve.
We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you'll champion safety, quality, and productivity while partnering across functions to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to build a strong, engaged team.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Manage daily production schedules, staffing, and resources to meet performance goals.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to support production and process improvements.
- Spend time on the shop floor identifying opportunities, solving problems, and eliminating waste.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive results through people, processes, and data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

This is a Permanent position based out of Norwich, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
