• Spray finishes on custom cabinet components with precision and consistency
• Prep, sand, and stain/paint surfaces to meet exacting quality standards
• Work in our paint department alongside a skilled, tight-knit crew
• Maintain a clean, safe spray booth and follow all safety protocols
• Catch issues before they leave your station — quality is on all of us

• Required:
  
  Hands-on spraying experience (residential or commercial)
• Ideal:
  Cabinet or fine woodworking finishing experience
• A sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Reliability — your team depends on you showing up and following through
• A willingness to learn our systems and help others learn theirs
