Job Description
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Utility role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist press operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from press machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machinery, and production floors.
- Support machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
- Accurately document production counts, material usage, and quality information.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or further processing.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment operation.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.
- $17.25–$20.29/hour DOE (Depending on Experience).
