About the Role

Reporting to the VP, eCommerce & Digital Marketing (and partnering closely with Brand and Creative), the Digital Marketing Manager owns the performance and content for our paid media channels. You are hands‑on and analytical, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights while managing campaigns that deliver real results.

This is the first dedicated Digital Marketing Manager role at the company, giving you the opportunity to build, scale, and own paid media initiatives from the ground up. You thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoy managing cross‑functional compete and agencies, and are energized by optimizing customer namber acquisition, ROI, and driving online traffic.

You love exploring new channels, testing and iterating on campaigns, and collaborating closely with Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure our digital presence reflects the brand story while driving business impact.

The Opportunity
  • Paid Media & Campaign Management
  • Own the day‑to‑day management and performance of all paid media channels, including Meta, Google & SEM, Tik Tok, and Affiliate programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute paid media campaigns end‑to‑end, including creative asset briefing, content calendar management, and delivery to agencies.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies across campaigns and channels, interpreting results to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, including multi‑million dollar annual spend, ensuring spend efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements to maintain cutting‑edge campaign performance.
  • Strategy & Optimization
  • recipe to the overall digital marketing strategy, supporting full‑funnel planning and execution.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, new customer acquisition, and site traffic.
  • Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, creative soutien, and spend efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for new channels or paid media innovations to drive growth.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high‑quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee agency performance and provide clear guidance, feedback, and optimization recommendations,好.
