Impact Scale is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented SMS Account Manager who is interested in online marketing and wants to learn how performance-driven campaigns are built, optimized, and scaled. This entry-level, hands‑on role is designed for someone who may not have prior experience in SMS or affiliate marketing but is eager to learn, grow, and develop real-world digital marketing skills.

You’ll be trained on how to manage SMS campaigns, test messaging and offers, analyze performance, and scale accounts over time.

• Assist in managing SMS campaigns for partner accounts.
• Learn how SMS campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimized.

• Test different SMS messages, offers, and call‑to‑actions.
• Learn how to analyze results and improve performance based on data.
• Help identify what messaging and offers perform best.

• Support the scaling of successful SMS campaigns.
• Learn how to increase revenue while maintaining performance.
• Gain exposure to how high-volume campaigns are grown responsibly.

• Track key metrics such as clicks, leads, revenue, and ROI.
• Learn how to read performance reports and dashboards.
• Assist in preparing simple performance summaries.
