Marketing Communications Specialist

Pay: $33 to $36 per hour

We are looking for a strong writer who is equally skilled at keeping projects organized and moving forward. This role combines copywriting, communications, and marketing project coordination. You will create polished content, manage deadlines, coordinate new property onboarding, track project status, and work with teams across the company.

• Write and edit website content, campaigns, property descriptions, announcements, blogs, reports, and internal communications
• Manage marketing timelines, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up
• Coordinate marketing onboarding for new properties
• Track missing information, project ownership, and next steps
• Support SEO, AI-assisted content, public relations, and company communications
• Maintain accurate, consistent, brand-aligned messaging

• 3+ years of professional marketing, communications, PR, copywriting, or content experience. Strong professional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills (A writing sample may be requested during the interview process).
• Project management or project coordination experience
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Experience with project management, workflow, or task-management software
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• You have writing experience but little project coordination experience
