• Write and edit website content, campaigns, property descriptions, announcements, blogs, reports, and internal communications
• Manage marketing timelines, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up
• Coordinate marketing onboarding for new properties
• Track missing information, project ownership, and next steps
• Support SEO, AI-assisted content, public relations, and company communications

• 3+ years of professional marketing, communications, PR, copywriting, or content experience.
• Strong professional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills (A writing sample may be requested during the interview process.)
• Project management or project coordination experience
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Experience with project management, workflow, or task-management software
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
