Position: Evening Shelter Advocate for Survivor Support

The Washington State Department of Ecology Washington Conservation Corps is seeking a Safe Choice Shelter Advocate to provide supportive shelter services to survivors of domestic violence. The position emphasizes a survivor-centered approach and requires critical skills in de-escalation and advocacy.

The role operates on a 4-day, 32-hour work week, with company-sponsored time for personal well-being. Candidates should have experience in advocacy, particularly with at-risk populations, and a commitment to social justice and empowerment.

This position offers a pay range of $23.92/hr plus additional differentials, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment for survivors.
