City of Vancouver, WA seeks two Homeless Outreach Coordinators to join the Homeless Assistance and Resources Team (HART). You will perform field outreach, connect people experiencing homelessness with resources, and work with City departments and external partners to coordinate responses to encampments.
Requires 2+ years in related field and Associate's degree. The role involves driving a City vehicle, building community relationships, and reporting on activities and outcomes.
