** Annual Salary Range:** $116,438- - $174,636

** What You'll Do*
* + Design, coordinate, and deliver
** clinical education programs
** for nursing and interprofessional teams
+ Lead
** department-specific orientation
** for new caregivers
+ Assess learning needs and implement
** evidence-based education strategies*
* + Evaluate competencies and develop targeted plans to support caregiver growth
+ Partner with leaders to develop
** standardized guidelines, protocols, and training programs*
* + Serve as a
** clinical resource and role model
** for nursing practice and equipment use
+ Analyze quality indicators and caregiver engagement to measure education effectiveness
+ Ensure accurate documentation of training and competencies in learning systems
** What You Bring*

* Required:
*
* + Graduate of an
** accredited School of Nursing*
* +
** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)*
* + Current
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** Washington or MSL
+
** Minimum 3 years of RN experience*
* +
** Minimum 3 years of education, precepting, or similar experience*
* +
** Basic Life Support (BLS)
** upon hire
+ Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills
+ Experience designing and implementing education using
** adult learning principles*
