Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) – Full Time, DaysAs a Clinical Nurse Educator
, you will play a key role in strengthening the knowledge, confidence, and skills of our nursing teams. You’ll collaborate across departments and disciplines to create meaningful learning experiences that support safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while modeling the compassionate, mission‑driven values that define Peace Health.

Compensation & Benefits- Annual Salary Range: $116,438 – $174,636

- Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and interprofessional teams
- Lead department‑specific orientation for new caregivers
- Assess learning needs and implement evidence‑based education strategies
- Evaluate competencies and develop targeted plans to support caregiver growth
- Partner with leaders to develop standardized guidelines, protocols, and training programs
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing practice and equipment use
- Analyze quality indicators and caregiver engagement to measure education effectiveness
- Ensure accurate documentation of training and competencies in learning systems
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington or MSL
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Minimum 3 years of education, precepting, or similar experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
- Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills
- Experience designing and implementing education using adult learning principles
