About the RoleAs an ICU Stepdown RN at Peace Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This part‑time night shift position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
- Competitive Pay:
Our hourly wage for this position ranges from $56.92 to $86.09 (per the Collective Bargaining Agreement). Night shift differential is $7.75/hour. We also offer additional pay for advanced degrees and certifications. - Relocation Assistance:

- Experience:
Minimum 1 year
Required:
or more of recent continuous critical care experience, completion of a critical care intern/residency program, or 3 years in an acute care setting with 400 hours in a critical care unit within the previous year. - Credentials:
Registered Nurse - Washington or MSL and BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS Certification (within 6 months of hire). - Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of age‑specific principles of growth and development, ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships, ability to support medical center philosophy and procedures, basic computer skills.
