Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit
Peace Health Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington offers extensive specialty care and serves over 280,000 patients annually. This full-time, day shift position includes three 12-hour shifts from 0630 to 1900 each week. Salary range is $56.92 to $86.09 per hour, dependent upon terms of employment.
Qualifications- Current Washington or multistate license required by date of hire.
- American Heart Association/American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
- Great shift differentials (15% per diem differential).
- Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications.

- Professional Nurse Advancement Program (PNAP) with pay incentives.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of hospital policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
