LPN - Ultramist Technician
Location:
Seattle, WA, USA.
United Wound Healing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to be an Ultramist Technician for in‑home wound care. This role involves traveling independently to private homes, adult family homes, and independent living facilities to provide wound care, photo documentation, dressing changes, and pain‑free debridement using Ultra Mist technology. You will work with a fast‑paced team of skin and wound specialists and provide telehealth support to providers.
MainResponsibilities
- Travel independently to private homes, adult family homes, and independent living facilities.
- Perform wound care, including photo documentation, dressing changes, and Ultra Mist treatment for approximately 6–8 patients per day.
- Apply and remove topical medications and dressings.
- Collaborate with providers virtually via audio/visual visits.
- Assist the provider in person with wound care procedures when needed.
- Complete administrative tasks and documentation.
- Follow company safety protocols, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development.
- Perform additional assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- LPN license in Washington (or willing to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations each day within an assigned territory.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking, patience, and compassion for patients.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Leadership qualities and teamwork.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, and capable of scheduling appointments independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time‑management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Trustworthy, honest, and professional attitude.
- Hourly wage $43.50 – $51.00 DOE with bonus potential.
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am–5 pm PST; no nights or weekends.
- Benefits for 20+ hour workers: 80 % employee monthly premium coverage for medical/dental/vision/ RX, HSA, dependent coverage at employee expense.
