OverviewFull Life Care is a not‑for‑profit organization, incorporated in 1980. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers, helping over 3,000 adults with limited abilities each year in the Puget Sound area.
PositionLicensed Practical Nurse (Beacon Hill, Seattle)
Hourly Rate$29.00 to $36.57 per hour, DOE. This position is represented by SEIU.

- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
- Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met.
- Review routines, calendars of events, and resident needs.
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
- Ensure all charting and record‑keeping is accurate and complete.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required.
- Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
- Experience in a nursing home (assisted living or long‑term care preferred, but not required).
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of DHS regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with team members and external individuals.
- Completion of background check, drug screen; other pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
