Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Neuro Stim TMS Centers is seeking an experienced and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This position will primarily focus on medication management, with additional involvement in TMS evaluations, treatment oversight, and follow-up care.
PMHNP ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
- Collaborate with and oversee TMS technicians to ensure safe, effective treatment delivery.
- Perform or assist with TMS cortical mappings and monitor patient progress.
- Provide ongoing medication management for assigned caseload.
- Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.
- Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
Collaboration
- Coordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents.
- Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed.
- Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.
Patient Experience & Clinical Contribution
- Provide empathetic, professional care to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability.
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment.
- Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice.
- Compensation: $90-100/hr

Requirements
PMHNPRequired Qualifications:
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
- Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances;
- Minimum of 1 year of post-certification experience, outpatient preferred
- Ability to function well independently, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ability to work productively and effectively.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures
- Possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy
- Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations
