Summer School RN – Vancouver, WA

Location: Vancouver, WA

Start Date: July 13 – August 6, 2024 (possible extension)

Pay: $52 per hour

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Shift: 1:1 RN for a female high‑school student requiring total assistance with ADLs, transfers, feedings, medication via G‑tube, intermittent catheterizations, and other care needs. The RN will develop a school routine and coordinate care with the family and a support para.

The RN will oversee nursing processes, deliver individualized student care in the school environment, and ensure alignment with physician orders and school district policies.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in a state where practicing
• One year of school nursing experience (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• Compliance with professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification if applicable
• Completed TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X‑ray) if required
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations)
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• At least 18 years old
