As a Bariatric & Obesity Medicine RN, you’ll guide patients through both surgical and non‑surgical weight management journeys, serving as a key clinical resource and advocate.
You’ll play a central role in patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support—helping individuals achieve sustainable, life‑changing health outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Guide patients through bariatric and obesity medicine care pathways.
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and families.
- Conduct nurse‑only visits and follow‑up care.
- Manage phone triage and MyChart in‑basket messaging.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team across departments.
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for this patient population.
- Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate degree in nursing (or higher).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
- Passionate about supporting patients through meaningful, long‑term health journeys – often driven by a personal connection to the work.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong communicator who builds trust with patients and colleagues.
- Intellectually curious with a desire to grow and learn to best serve our patients.
- Starting Pay: $30.46 (with additional pay based on experience)
